Don's progress

Things aren't really improving with Daddy. His heart and lungs are a big concern. He has fluid in his lungs and around his heart which is making his heart work harder. They have been giving him lasics to get the fluid down but we are having trouble getting it out of his lungs. They did a second EKG today to compare to the one before the chemo started because there is some concern that one of the chemo drugs could have caused some heart damage. They are doing a bronchialscope tomorrow morning to take a look inside his lungs for infection. This fluid problem could be a result of either of these things. Cathy and Mark will be here later tonight and Marty too. Please keep us all in your prayers during this difficult time.
